What is A.M.P.?
What is A.M.P.?
A.M.P. (Amplify My Potential) is a student-founded nonprofit dedicated to providing free volleyball and athletic training for middle school girls. Our program focuses on building skills, confidence, and healthy habits in a fun, supportive environment, helping young athletes grow on and off the court.
our story
“I’ve lived and gone to school in Sterling my whole life, and I noticed that many students in our community don’t have easy access to organized sports. Volleyball has been such a big part of my life, and I’ve seen how it builds confidence, teamwork, and joy. I started A.M.P. to give younger girls the same opportunities: to learn new skills, grow their confidence, and have fun while exploring their potential on and off the court.”

Who we serve
A.M.P. serves middle school girls who are new to volleyball and interested in learning the sport in a supportive and encouraging environment. We focus on reaching underserved and underprivileged students, while remaining open to all beginners regardless of background, experience, or school.
Our program is designed for girls who want to build confidence, develop athletic skills, and learn healthy habits through movement and sports. No prior volleyball experience is required, just a willingness to learn, try, and have fun!
