Beginner Volleyball Training
Our program introduces middle school girls to volleyball in a fun, beginner-friendly way. Players learn the fundamentals of the game, improve coordination, and build teamwork skills in a supportive environment.
Athlete Science & Wellness Lessons
Alongside volleyball, participants learn about healthy habits, basic body mechanics, and performance strategies to help them move safely and confidently. These lessons help girls understand their bodies, prevent injury, and build strong athletic foundations.
Speed & Agility Training
Our program includes exercises and drills designed to help middle school girls improve their speed, coordination, and agility on the court. These activities not only make players quicker and more confident in volleyball, but they also build overall athleticism, balance, and body awareness, skills that transfer to any sport or physical activity.
who can join
A.M.P. is open to all middle school girls who are new to volleyball. No prior experience is required. Our program is designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and supportive of athletes at every level.
